Injector Upgrade Question

Hello everyone.

Well after about 2 years of bs'ing i finally got my 91 talon tsi awd down to john shepherds for some fixxing.

the reason to this post is to find out if my assumptions are correct.

Correct me if i am wrong but Is it possible to get 650cc injectors to flow like stock with the use of a Fuel Pressure Regulator. Im thinking that if i just turn the pressure down until i get the supporting mods to accomodate the flow of the 650's that everything will be ok.

the whole purpose i am asking is because i do not want to buy anything twice. my goal is to eventually get to 300- 400 Hp total and i dont want to have to buy 550's then 650's etc. etc

(AS FAR AS MODS ARE CONCERNED) THE HEAD WAS COMPLETELY REBUILT AND I HAD A EVO III COMPLETE TURBO SETUP INSTALLED.

Any advice would be appreciated.

A FPR will not make those 650s perform like stock, a S-AFC will

Indeed you will need an S-AFC or some other fuel controler to keep the car happy.

Buy the 650s and dont put them in untill you get an afc. I hate to buy things twice also.

one last thing. i purchased a walbro 255 fuel pump for $85 yesterday because i thought it was a deal but im not sure when i should put it in or if i should just wait untill i get the apexi s-afc and injectors?

Dont install it till you have an afpr.
