I have two 4g63 powered Dodge colts. I am not going crazy for big hp with these motors, I am thinking of running 650-750cc injectors with pump gas 94 octane.
motors will have 264 cams, 16g turbo running 18psi. Starion fmic. Walbro 255lph. ecmlink v3.

I used to have 510cc jdm injectors on my 4g61t w/ 14b running 18psi, and walbro. I used to log with datalogger and never saw injector duty cycle over 90%

So I figure 650 should suffice, 750 to give me some more safety.
Am I wrong?

If your running ecmlink just go 1000's. Ecmlink will control them no problem and you will have room to grow if u ever choose to

^+1. If you have link then go big like @gsxeclipse102 said. One of the absolute worst in my mind is buying same parts twice when it could have been avoided. If budget is a concern then save and save and only buy ONCE!! Everyone gets bit by the MORE POWER BUG! More power needs more fuel!

I have a tsi with traction issues. I cant imagine it would be much fun if it didn't . But seriously you should be able to purchase some second hand 750s dirt cheap and they will (curently) meet your needs. As many people upgrade from that size to run e85 or larger turbos.
