Injector scaling

I am tuning my car on a h8(98-99) ecu with rc 550 injectors. I dont get my afr map and my wide band to mach until i have the injector scaling set down to 460. Is this normal or do you think I have some other issue like dirty injectors? Also when they do match and I go back to a normal afr map I get a knock where if I leave it set higher I dont seem to get the knock. What do people with experience tuning think? The car is otherwise stock except for a 16g turbo running 16lbs of boost and a short route front mount ic and tbe.

When you scale them back to 460, it matches because that is the stock injector size for a 2g turbo.

You get knock because a 16g on 16psi is too much for stock (460cc) injectors.

I feel like you didn't read my post at all. I have rc550 injector and I only have knock when the injectors are properly scaled. Now since then I have gotten rid of the knock when I went to ceddy mods large map and I have gotten new injectors but haven't installed them yet.

I apologize I must have misunderstood how you had them scaled.

You have it set to 450=550 in injector scaling...correct?

From your post it sounded like you had it set to 450=460, and were trying to tune based on that.
