Injector Seals

^ huh Kev? Im trying to find out if there are seals to make them work. See some vendors sell 63 seals and say not for oem style injectors.

Best bet is a set of quality used injectors, injector dynamics, fic etc. If there isn't anything on the classified here or eBay/Amazon the vendors usually have deals around now. Injectors are one thing to do right, you don't want a boost leak there either. Just saying, good luck.

Why dont you give our supporting vendors a shot, you will get proven injectors plus advice that you will not get from ebay.
Sometimes even if there is a price difference, the information you will get will more than make up for it.

Its more than just a seal that needs to be the correct size. The length of the injector also needs to be correct in order for the fuel rail to properly seat the injector. Too long and the torque spec for the fuel rail may crack or break something too short and they won’t seal.

I have no experience with these particular injectors but you can give FIC a call and I am sure that they will help you if they can. If not, they have great customer service and any injectors you may need.

I used a set of siemans deka 750 a long time ago in a 1g. They are not a great injector. But they fit with OEM seals. I had a hard time getting the car to start on them. A real hard time. I even had to reach out to an ecu guru on this site to get the car going. I'd spend the extra 100 or 200 to buy fic 1050 or 1150 and have your car start on the first try, make tuning a breeze, and deive/idle better than stock. Is $100 worth days and days of trying to start your car? The 1050 support tons of power on gas or ethanol, going any bigger the injectors get harder to tune and drivability suffers imho. I've heard the fic2200 is awesome though.

That price is per injector so 180$ for a set of 830s that you may need new different seals ? You can find fic 1150 or 1250s for not much more used and your getting a known to fit bigger injector.
