Well I found out the reason for my high idle. I have a leak around the throttle body gasket and two of my new injectors with new seals are leaking also. How do I go forth on getting them to seal? Should I take them out and soak em in oil?

I'm assuming your talking about the seals into the rail, not the insulators into the intake. Many times seals get cut putting them into the rail and bolting the rail down. If your talking about the insulators, they usually turn hard plastic with age and new ones should be ordered from the dealer.

Im talking about the seals into the head. They are brand new maybe a month old.

you can pick up the new injector o rings at napa for like 4 bucks, i had to replace mine when i put my new rail in. as for the TB gasket, did you use just a gasket? or a gasket and an rtv-like gasket maker? i took apart my friend chris's TB on his 91 talon because it was leaking and i used both the gasket and "gasket maker" and it stopped leaking. it would be a quicker and easier fix if you wanted to go that route

I actually reused my old gasket with a thin layer of gasket maker. I know bad me and I learned my lesson. I will get some seals after the florida football game GO GATORS!!!

Im thinking this is my idle problem. It will idle at 2k or 2.5k for about 15 seconds then drop to normal.

Can I use a fel pro gasket maker carboard gasket with rtv?
