okay so im running the stock turbo and i just installed a ball and spring mbc i upped the boost to 14psi and when i pulled it in 2nd gear it felt slower then when i was running stock boost at first i thought it was the crappy stock bov but the gauge reads 14psi so does that mean its not the bov?

tuning wise. you cant just run 550's

i dont having any tuning done the 550s were already on when i bought the motor and i didnt realize it woudnt be bad to run them without a tune what should i doto fix the problem or is the only way to fix it is too put the stock ones on or get a tune?

Alright guys come on chill out a little bit huh?
I think he can see, to the op it seems that your best bet right now is to just turn the boost back to the stock level for now and just work on your supporting mods. Those 2 lbs of boost really wont make a noticeable affect on the T-25 anyway. Just resist the urge to up the boost, if you feel the same passion as i do about my car you dont want to risk it for that do you? Honestly your only a few bucks away from a fun car done right since you have the maintenance out of the way.

Im not trying to flame you for trying to have a little extra fun, just take your time and do it safely and you will be glad you did later.

Good luck man. :thumb:

This is definitely a problem. You need some way to tune those 550cc injectors. The ECU still thinks you have 450cc injectors. You can either find a tuning solution such as SAFC, DSMLink, or anything in between. Or, you can toss in some stock 450cc injectors. But make sure you actually have 550'c first, don't trust the previous owner.

On a side note- Some of you are so ####ing ridiculous with your little girl banter. Just shut the hell up or get off the forums.

I'm so sick of people arguing with eachother instead of answering the kids problem, stop trying to explain the answer in a scientific manor, help him diagnose the problem, he doesn't need an explanation on what other mods he needs, he needs an understandable answer so he can fix it himself. Put your opinion in and stop bickering with eachother. Hope you find a legit answer crf

Do a boost leak test , get dsmlink (so you dont have to upgrade when you want those 1000cc injectors) ,get a wideband ,..Do or get a basic tune ..Such a simple answer wow

Also make sure all your lines are hooked up properly , The last 2 cars i have bought ..Total hack jobs who have no idea of vac lines
