Got the greddy profec B electronic boost controller on. I like it a lot and its definitely increasing the boost but the gauge is staying at 18 PSI, which is what it was before I turned it up. It had been running stock 16g WG pressure (17-18 on the gauge).

I tried turning the 4 or 5 notches before full where 25 would be (goal) and it most definitely FEELS a lot faster, and I cant get traction for shit now LOL.... I know its working, but for whatever reason, my gauge only goes up to 18 psi.

Anyone had this issue with a MBC or EBC before?

Link is estimating an average of 50+ more hp, so its definitely upping the boost. Not to mention the turbo sounds like a small aircraft now.. LOL.. no joke. The thing sounds night and day to before I turned it up.

No boost leaks, ive already double checked the boost controller install. Everything is perf. The car runs and drives like an ape, just wondering why the boost gauge is lying to me :(

Im starting to think its the boost controller rather than the gauge. The gauge is reading just fine, so it seems. it feels like im getting the increased boost in 2nd, and not 3rd :(

Even on link, my est horsepower in 2nd is much higher, and 3rd is about the same.

Wtfffff :( Got head studs in and now the boost controller shits the bed...

Anyone have any experience with a home made MBC? I sold my hallman pro when I got this EBC.

I just dont get it... everything is set up correctly and plugged in, and I can turn both knobs all the way to full boost and only get an 18 psi reading on the gauge...

Wahhhhhhh why wont it just WORK :(

So weird :( I swear 1st and 2nd im getting more power, but third its like the boost controller isnt working :/

Also the boost gauge and EBC vac lines are both T'd into the FPR vac line. The boost gauge is T'd in first, closest to the intake mani, and the EBC is second, closer to the FPR.

I have verified that my boost is in fact not rising because my inj duty % remains the same.

The gauge is working correctly, the EBC is not.

Problem solved :)

Now pushing 24 lbs at 75% IDC on e85 w/ FIC 750's, not too bad.
