Important question...need serious answers

I have tracked down a holset hx35... its a 8 blade. I found a place that has 7 blade turbines and they said that it will go right in. i guess my question is. would there be any side effect from doing this? I also have seen everyone talking about getting a bullseye housing for the hot side...I have scanned around and have seen exactly why this is...What is the befifit from this?

I know that the 7 blade spools faster. I was just wanting to see if the would be any harmfull effects from switching...And What is the big deal with the bullseye hotside housings? Everyone is doing it.... I'm trying to figure out why.

Because the hotside housing on the holset is t3 so it won't work with your stock dsm flanged manifold. If you keep the t3 hotside you will need a custom o2 housing/downpipe as well.
