2G Im missing something here, right?

So Ive got this 2g with the driver side window all f*****. I took the whole electric motor out, cleaned it, cleaned the doors, soldered something that was broken with the elevator but the whole window still rattles like a mofo. I took a look at my passenger side and as far as I can tell, I think im missing something here but im not sure what it is. Some kind of clamp or something? Does anyone have a picture? I dont want to dissasemble my whole passenger window because it is working perfectly fine and "if its working dont fix it" and I cant even think of what to google to see what comes up.

Thank you! Youre right. Im going to put some rubber in the latch, lube the sh** out of it and call it a day. As long as its not moving all around im fine with it.
