Im changing to the FP exhaust manifold and also changing to a ported out 2g 02 housing. Besides the manifold to head and 02 gasket(i here evoIII gasket),wut other gaskets Im I missing. Also Im guessing Ill have to get a 2g outlet gasket. What brand do you guys recommend? I have this new exhaust gasket but is the quaily good enough?

If you are replacing the exhaust manifold you might want to get a turbo to manifold gasket. Is your turbine housing ported? Might want the step ported to match the collector on the fp manifold.

I believe he means that you need to port it to the gasket diameter because the turbo has a "step" or layer of metal if you will, that the air flow will be currupted by. And in turn will build up exhaust deposits over time and affect the performance of the turbo/exhaust. If porting it out i reccomend fine sanding it to reduce stress cracks afterwards.

Here is an example of the step.

Can I get away by just triming the gasket and not porting?

Trimming the gasket will only expose the step more. Its not gonna kill you to run the car with the step, it will just slightly decrease the turbos efficiency. And you cant trim the mani to turbo gasket because it is gonna have a larger diameter than the turbo anyway. As stated above the fp manifold has a bigger opening to the turbo which will exspose the step reguardless of gasket size, using a smaller gasket will expose the gasket. If you are tight on cash just run it un-ported until you can afford to have it done.

It means you have to trim the gasket.
As jimbob pointed out, trimming the gasket with an unported turbine housing will at best do nothing and at worst have a negative effect. He needs to post the turbine housing to match the gasket, not make the gasket bigger, if he wants to do anything at all.

Does the small 16g turbine housing have the step too like in the picture above?

Yes, it is the way MHI (Mitsubishi Heavy Industries) designed their turbos to seal using a sealing ring. Read this article: http://www.dsmtuners.com/forums/articles-turbo-system-intercooler/186525-how-cure-boost-creep-porting.html and watch the video to see how to port it:

To answer your original question, the turbo gaskets needed are:

Im not sure if the outlet on the o2 is ported, will it be a problem if i still get the 2.5 outlet gasket if its not ported?(found a combo but the outlet is 2.5)

What size is your downpipe? I have an unported 2g o2 housing mounted to a 3" downpipe and a 2.5" gasket works perfect. With a stock o2 housing and a stock downpipe, a stock sized gasket would be best.
