Ignition help...MSD dis-2 Vs. 4 coil pack+gapping plugs wider.

I have been reading a lot of threads dealing with ignition lately. But i want to hear some more feed back with this one. More and more that i look though the threads i see people bashing the MSD dis-2 system. I've seen it has worked for a good amount of people but it seems that more and more people are having trouble with it. All my mods are listed i my profile so you guys will have an idea what WHP im putting down. But i just upgraded to Magnacore 8.5 mm wires and new NGK plugs but im looking into some more ignition upgrades. I was looking into the extreme motorsports 4 coil pack setup which sounds pretty good. I have not heard that much about it except from stuff on their website. So if anybody has that setup let me know how it works. Another plus is its cheaper then the MSD setup, since money is always an problem. If anybody has anything to say about either setup the MSD dis-2 or the 4 coil pack setup reply please. My ignition is shot besides the magnacore wires and new plugs and def needs upgrading...I NEED to boost 25 PIS!!!, on weekends that is, but the way my ignition is now, boosting 18 psi for daily driving su*ks, so if you have any info on this reply please. Thanks a lot.

I've had the MSD 2 for 2yrs. No problems. The reason I got it was for the 2 step for launching.

Thanks for the reply. Anybody else have anything to say about the MSD dis-2 or the four coil pack setup? I dont know much about the MSD system how does the 2 step part work?

stock ignition will take anything your setup will throw at it. why are you so interested in wasting your money?

I'm not interested at all in wasteing my money. I'm a college student so money is always short. But i know that our stock ignition can handle a lot of power but my coil packs are shot. Thats why i was looking into upgrading my ignition since im not stopping here with the mods i have, its always a never ending list of new parts to be added and more power to gain whenever the money is around. Thats why i was looking into the MSD and 4 coil pack setups instead of just buying new stock coil packs. MSD is obviously more expensive then the 4 coil pack setup from extreme motorsports. But i havent heard that much about that setup, if anybody has the 4 coil pack setup or knows someone who does let me know how its working.
