Ignition advance up to 42 degrees at wot

I have a pretty much stock 96 gst. While looking at graphs I saw my ignition advance is up to 42 while wot around 4k. The car will not rev passed 5k at wot. Could this be my issue or is that much advance normal?

what kind of graph? and at WOT my timing is 15...

I used a actron 9850 obd2 scan tool that will graph ignition advance

Either its not accurate or your timings way too high. Do you happen to know what your base timing is? I'd set it first...

I have a 95/96 style cas.right now I do not have the meAns to adjust or check the base timing. Timing at an idle is reading 7.5 with intake temps at 113 and rpms around 750. I will try to get a light to check base timing. Thank you. At least I know that if the 42 reading is correct it is not normal.
