I am serious however, when I ask. Is there anyone actively using the OBX camshafts? I want to know because I have a set installed in a brand new head attained from a recent car purchase.
The person told me the head was built to work for the cams i.e. modification to the valves, springs and retainers. With that being said, I can see how they may perform differently.
I simply want to know, is there a single soul out there running these.
If not, from those who have experience, given the 242 duration and .354 lift on both intake and exhaust, what type of performance are those numbers suited for?
I have a block with high compression pistions (10.5:1) and a block with low compression (8.8:1) which one will it mate with best is what I'm getting at.
