Idle Surge when hot

I have normal idle a little high when I start the car about 900. The BISS is turned all the way in and the O-ring is replaced. I just blocked off the EGR with no change. I checked the coils on the ISC but the car was hot so I'm not sure if I can trust the results. They all came out the same 44.4-6 All very close to each other. I'm going to go try a FIAV block to see if that's the problem. I'm basically tring to avoid buying a new ISC motor.

Do you guys have any ideas on what part I should be working on next? Do the ISC readings sound normal for when hot?

Oh ya it surges between 1100-1400 when hot only.

No intake or fuel mods except pump rewire

Evo turbo and 2.5" turbo back exhaust

Someone enlighten me I need to fix this so I can get my car inspected!

try eliminating the vac lines, and do a boost leak test u could be leaking air in the trottle body gaskets.

I finally found it! It was the FIAV. Damn I'm going to have fun surviving the winter now!
