Are you talking about after the car is up to operating temperature?

ONLY on cold start as the car is warming up the idle will go up and down like (10-20 times) not fast but like in a slow motion but once i drive the car for a couple minutes the car runs fines and idles at 850RPM at full temp where my chip is set at?

This all started ever since it got hot out here and i rewired my fuel pump and installed copper plugs inplace of the iridiums that were in the car. When i bought the car the fuel pump was not rewired and the car was tuned with iridium plugs can that be the issue? maybe i need to retune the car again since i changed the plugs and rewired the pump? but its wierd cause the car is normal once i drive it around and stop the idle is pretty stable so i dont think its the tune?
