Idle surge 1200 to 1500

One night it literally just started to idle like crap. It will warm up fine like cold start but then it will start to rev from 1200 to 1500 when it idles. The car runs fine just the idle is like that.
What should I check for?

Found out it was the biss screw. It might have turned itself out somehow, I turned it in 8 times

I replaced my IAC and that fixed my similar issue.
