Ok so i just redid my timing belt with the BSE done to it pulled the motor and tranny at once and now when my car starts idle is around 1200 rpm's but as the car warms up the idle raises it went up to 3000RPM's today while I was driving and cant seam to figure out why I will be trying to figure this out tommorow I tried to replace the FIAV gasket as well but the screw were stripped i broke 2 free but did not remove them and I could not get the others to crack free so I retightened up the 2 that were loose here is a list of the new parts that I installed

BSE kit with new timing belt, pulleys, and auto tentioner
Ported oil relief hole
New 2g revised lifters
Refaced flywheel with new clutch and pressure plate OEM
Aeromotive AFPR set at 43.5psi
Gates water pump
EGR block of plate and emmisions removal

Newly replaced gaskets as followed
Front case
OFH
Oil pan
Oil drain
Front main seal
Oil pump seal
Water pump gasket and O-ring
Intake manifold gasket
Throttle body Gaskets
BISS screw (I tried tightening this all the way to try and lower idle already)
Valve Cover Gasket
Injector seals

I may be missing some things but I will post any others that come to mind if I am missing any Thanks ahead of time to all those that help

1. Did you reconnect the isc? (It will throw a cel anyway)
2. Did you cap the 3 nipples on top of your TB?
3. Have you done a boost leak test already?
4. Did you use a gasket for the egr block off plate?
5. Did you touch the throttle plate stopper or the the tension on the cable?
6. Did you torque everything to spec?

4. boost leak test was done yesterday and fixed all major leak have 2 minor but I had 1 major and these minor prior to doing the job and idle was fine besides being a little choppy
5. tension on the cable yes had to remove it to pull the motor throttle plate stopper no
6. everything is tourqued to specs

yes it is connected I remember that 1 cause I forgot it the 1st time around and then plugged it in when I went to install the battery and noticed it hanging.
