Idle Problem Video

Vacuum is low, currently 10, has seen 15 at best (20 when everything was not messed up)
Started after cylinder head job
Compression is great
No Boost or Vac Leaks
MBC is good
Replaced ISC
Cleaned TB
New BISS
Bad Gas Mileage+ Pig Rich
Idle Sounds like crap (listen to video)
Cant tell if their is a powerloss or not while driving but feels okay
No smoke other than black from fuel (rich) FUEL SHOOTS OUT EXHAUST
Idle goes down when AC goes on
Got a CEL of P505 (Idle)

Well I put a new gasket and no change in vacuum and the idle still sounds like crap. I also put a new O2 sensor in while I was in there. I am lost and can't figure out what it could be. Also the sizzling has to be something right? It's a very distinctive sound that reminds me of bacon on a frying pan, you know electrical sounding. Any Ideas?

Also I am shooting fuel out the exhaust which is killing my gas mileage.

Other things to check:

O2 sensor, check and replace if needed.
- timing, check.
-Throttle position sensor readings, check and adjust if needed.
- temperature sensor working?
- crankshaft position sensor
- fuel pump relief, check
- egr valve, check
- air leaks in the intake tract

I just put in a new 02 sensor, I will check the timing again but it has been checked several times, the TPS I have not checked, the Temperature sensor was messed up so I ordered a new one which will be here soon. How do I check the crankshaft position sensor and fuel pump relief? The EGR Valve is good and there are no leaks in the intake tract.

Well I just wanted to add that another thing I have found is it overheats. I put a new thermostat and temperature sensor and it will go all the way to the top of the temp gauge just idling. It gets hot fast. I am running it without a thermostat just so it wont overheat for now. There's another symptom to add to the list. I am not sure where I should take it because I am tired of trying to fix it and can't figure it out.

I've having the same exact problem except the overheating. If I find anything out I'll let you know. Anyone have anymore ideas? I think I might get the lifters to see if that helps.

Lifters are not going to help stop your car from over-heating.

Car is fixed. Vacuum is at 23, pulls really hard in all gears, smooth idle, no shaking, no pulsing, no overheating, not running rich, no problems. Just thought I'd let you guys know. Thanks for all the help!!

Car is fixed. Vacuum is at 23, pulls really hard in all gears, smooth idle, no shaking, no pulsing, no overheating, not running rich, no problems. Just thought I'd let you guys know. Thanks for all the help!!

Yea I should have checked sooner. I was trying to go in order of price for the possible problems. Also the place that did the timing said they had checked it twice and it was good. So they're idiots and I took it to a local guy who works on imports and he fixed it. So glad to be running again. Now I just gotta get a new valve cover, install my fuel pump and injectors, safc and start tuning!!!
