UPDATE: anybody reading this in the future.

After trying everything. The cause is slowly being narrowed down to MAJOR MAJOR boost leaks from the turbo j-pipe, to the TB, then to the fuel injector insulators.

The tests, showed a major leak at the j-pipe, after tightening the bolts again, and adding gasket sealer, along with 2 part epoxy, that leak was sealed for good.

Second, the turbos wastegate actuator vaccuum line was leaking.

After fixing those 2 leaks the car, would now build boost quickly along with no wining from the turbo. Car still doesn't run right with MAF plugged in still.

After more testing, MAJOR leak at the throttle body has been found.
1. From the BISS screw.
2. A unknown area, probaly under or on the side of the TB. But it is major.
3. Fuel injector insulator on cyl.2. is leaking.

I am going to replace the TB with another I have having high hopes in remedying most of my drivability problems.
