Idle Problem After 1G TB Swap on 2G

Alright got everything hooked up on the new 1g tb, eyed where the tps sensor went and put it back directly where it was previously, and hooked up all the new vacuum lines exactly how they are supposed to be, and now im gettin a really high idle in park (i have an auto) like 1800-2000rpms and it stays there until i shift into gear and then it idles at 800 exactly where i want it, anybody know what the prob could be, BISS screw is all the way in by the way, making it idle as little as it will

The throttle plate could be sticking and you really should dial in that TPS using an OHM meter as per the VFAQ.

i had the same problem w/ my 98 auto gsx sensors on the 1g were bad i guess

just started it up again and started giving it some throttle in park, and the engine seemed to studder some on decel, and its not the throttle plate sticking as there is a little bit of slack in the throttle cable, dont really know what it could be, im scared to even take it out on the street and open it up if it wont even rev up smoothly

switched the isc sensor on the 1g with the 2g one and let it run for about 5 minutes or so and the idle had went back down to around 800 and seems to rev up smoothly, so problem solved, looked like some of the caps were leaky and one of the wires had been cut inside the 1g sensor, so that must have been the problem
