Idle not holding with ac on.....HELP

Hey my idle isn't holding correctly these days. i took out the isc motor and cleaned it but like the check engine light is always on and the car runs nice (idles) until the cooling fan comes on and it lopes withing 200-300rpm. then with the ac on it fluctuates from 800-400 and begins to vibrate. do you think it's my ISC servo or what.....just replaced the head too.....

definately sound like your isc

check out the vfaq site to find out how to test it to make sure

Just turn up your idle a little, adjust the BISS screw.

First check the code from the ECU and see what it doesn't like.
The check the ISC, I prefer the VFAQ the 3S guys use, it cleaner and has more information.

Make sure the coils meter out right.
