1G idle issues

so i finally got my talon tsi put together today, i turned it on and it started first crank. but its ideling funky. its just goes up and down. im wondering if any one here could help me out here. i also attached a log for you all to look at. its got stock injectors the 450cc, with speed density.

if they're stock injectors, dead time should be zero but you have it at 555, so that's adding a lot of fuel, probably why o2 isn't cycling and you're not in closed loop.

I can't see the log because I am at work, but tmoney is right. Dead time can greatly change idle.
