Idle help please

Okay so idle is at 1400 rpm and Thats when its good. After the car is at operating temps it idle weird, it starts off at 1300 then slowly climbs to 1600 the drops back down to 1300 the climbs and it does this over and over for like 10 minutes. It also does this after the car is driven for 20 feet or more. Ive done a blt and Theres a leak at the bov(ordering a new one tonight). Also the car was running great on Friday. It didnt have the idle problem except it idled at 1300-1400.
Any ideas as to why the car idles high? And the rpms go up and down continuously?

Sounds like you either have a boost leak, or the idle is set too high.

I got it all figured out. I just swapped to this other throttle body i had laying around and the car isnt surging anymore. It does idle a little high on start ups but maybe that just the "warm up mode"?
