idle problems, PLEASE HELP

so im trying to find out why my car does this, at mornings when i start the car it revs low about 700 to 800 which is normal (after warm up) but it hast warn up and its allready in that rpm, and when like 10 minutes are passed the car jumps to 1,200 or 300 and stays there... i drive for 20 minutes and shut the car off and after 20 minutes i come back and when i turn it on it idles back to 800 with very low oil psi from 6 to 10psi and then after a while of driving it , it comes back to 1,300rpm again :/ what tha hell is this?! please help

Check your Idle control sensor, It is common on dsm to go bad, also, make sure you are free of leaks, do a boost leak and make sure you have no exhaust leaks ether, that will make your car to act all crazy.
