My idle consantly jumps from 1000 rpm to like 1400 rpm then immediately drops again. Apparently this is called idle surge. I unplugged my ISC and it still did it. Please help

Take a multimeter and check the resistance between the terminals. www.Vfaq.com has the step by step instructions with pictures. Sounds like a bad ISC to me.

double check for vac. leaks. good luck
