1G Idle fluctuations

Anyone know why my 1g idle fluctuates when I'm rolling, it sounds just like a vacuum leak? But the fluctuations stops right when I come to a stop. Then it will idle at about 1500 when I come to a stop for a couple of seconds than it drops to around 7-800. Anyone know what this could be?

Check the Idle Position Switch.

Do a boost leak test and fix all leaks. Check your TPS, ISC, and IPS. Fix all and any problems.

Had almost exact same thing once, seem like engine didn't know what to do. Found it to be the IPS as AllanL and 1990dsmkid pointed out.

Might also want to test and clean the inside of the ISC motor while your in there.
