Ive redone my timing. had it running smoothly but than after a while i was reving at about 4G and i let it idle and she started dogging. it sounded like misfire all over again, even after i replaced my plugs and wires, and redid timing. I checked the timing again after the rev and it is still aligned. I noticed a little bit of slack but nothing i dont think that could cause the belt to slip a tooth.. any ideas?

It is almost like after it warms up it starts to dip and bog... but once i rev up again its fine than let it idle it bogs again..
