idle bouncing

i have a 91 2g63 talon n/t and my idle after the car has ran for awhile starts to idle at about 1100 and then it will start to bounce up to 1600 and it seems my computer tells it nooooo and it sends it back down it reapetedly does this after the car has ran for a while any ideas why?? thanks
