Looks like a European 1G Non-Turbo EPROM ECU. The Board ID (6583E) matches the case E2T36583 so it's correct for that case but not for a USDM 1G Turbo car.
Talk to the guys at ECMTuning about converting it, replacing the caps, and socketing it.
