idel help please someone anyone! tunning problem?

Ok i pulled my car out a month ago and found a crack in the intercooler. I had it fixed and got the car back into one piece again. I checked it for boost leaks and all was good. I fired it up and noticed i had alittle idel surge. i tightened the biss screw and it idels goo at 800 where it should. As soon as i give it gas it all goes wrong. it falls on its face. it goes up and down a little and goes down to 300 and dies. im stumped. mods are in profile but just to make it clear. Twin disk clutch eprom ecu custom chip from jeff for the maf pro with 780s im not sure what to change in the maf pro if anything to help the idel if anyone has advice i could really use it thanks!

Well you followed, from what you posted, the incorrect procedure for adjusting the biss. Is your CAS timing proper?... is your tbelt proper? have you boost leak tested? there are many troubleshooting issues you haven't done here.

Try those things and then let us know.

as stated above boost leak tested none . checked timing with a light perfect i did have one other issue last night my flange on my exhaust manifold borke off for the wastegate external. believe it or not the car idles perfct now with a huge hole in the exhaust manifold. would a exhuast leak like that cause knock ?
