Okay i know this might be a stupid question but..... im looking for some help on intercooler piping. What i want to know is not how to make my own pipes but rather what pre-made pipes would i need to get a full hard pipe setup.

Right now im running on a stock SMIC and turbo.

Soon im planning to upgrade to a small FMIC. The small FMIC i want is the JohnnyRacecar core that doesn't come with pipes. This core has the "in one side and out the other" style endtanks.

I say i want the pre-mades because of the following reasons:

1) I live in an appartment with no garage
2) I don't have access to a pipe bender or a welding torch
3) I don't know how to weld even if i had the torch
4) I don't have alot of time to have them fabed up
5) Im busy trying to become the first of my family ( immeadiate ) to graduate college which takes alot of my attention.

So really all i need is the list of pipes i would need to get a full hard pipe setup without having them custom made

Any and all help is appreaciated.

Go to a shop website and look at the pics.

Buy yourself a few U-Bends and a sawzall (sp). For a bead around the pipe take them to a loca exhaust shop. Might cost you $20 for the beads aroundthe piping.

I know you say you don't have alot of time to fab up. But it is almost impossible to "tell" you what correct ones to get without knowing demensions, route you want to go.

Exactly. There are a few places around my area that sell pipe that is pre-bent. All you really have to do is take your pipes off and take em to a place like this and see what they come up w/. If you dont want to drop the 20 bones on getting a bead welded on, use JB Weld, it works pretty well.

Okay..... but can i get a greddy IC pipe kit and then pick up an RRE upgrade for the stock pipes or would that not work? I know the RRE upgrades are flanged for a 1g BOV or you can get them fit for a Greedy or tial bov, i jsut wanna know if that setup is possible?

i've got the same style FMIC (but it's 30" end to end), and am interested in where the best place to run the pipes from the turbo to the IC are? it'd almost have to go straight across behind the rads & slim fans, through the current windowwasher tank (relocate that) and then 180' around to the front. is this feasible?? or what other options do i have?

any info/pics are great!!!!

thanks in advance
