i have a 92 eclipse gs where nd what color are the ITA senor wires

I would start with spell check.

The dsm's don't have a separate IAT sensor like the GM vehicles. The MAF in our cars have the IAT built in.

Its in with the airflow meter. I think I may be having trouble with mine too. Today running on the highway in the rain at only 70 degree's outside it said the intake air temp was 102.

You may have been sucking in hot air from the engine bay. Check the IAT after the car sat for a while and completely cooled down.

Right on, this morning it was reading 74 before I ever started the car which the temp outside wasn't even that. highway speeds in the pouring rain at 72 degrees outside it shouldn't have been 110 degree's should it?
