I want low 13's, street tires, 93 oct. on my GST

Hey you guys im from Puerto Rico and i have a 97 GST and i want to beat my friends WRX who ran 13.7 on 93oct. and 13.2 on race fuel. What mods do i need to beat this guy? i would love to be in the mid 13's to low 13's on my GST still having street tires (maybe drag radials) and 93 octane.

My mods. are
K&N filter
Intake pipe
Greddy intercoler pipes
Walboro 255
Aeromotive FPR
Apexi SAFC & AVCR
ACT 2100 clutch
no cat.
Adjustable cam gears

Have but not installed
1g thottle
1g intake manifold

What turbo do i need? evo3 16g?
i want to run on safe boost and air fuel ratio levels
how much whp do i need to get there?
im considered a good driver

Yes the evo can get you there as awd have run 11's with this turbo but being fwd of course you have a disadvantage. I currently have the evoIII & Im fwd, Im goin to try and hit the 12's, even if its 12.99 (I run 94 octane). You will need bigger injectors & something to control them with, safc/logger combo is fine but you can get better results with dsmlink but of course that is more money, you get what you pay for. I would recommend you get urthane motor mounts and a lsd if you want the best traction. Depending on how much boost you want to run go with min. an EVOIII, if you want to make it easier with less boost go 20g or 50 trim. A FP green will get you there and more & is a great street turbo but is also fairly expensive.

Injectors need to be bigger. Boost controller, boost guage, then upgrade your turbo. Depending what turbo you get , think intercooler . LISTEN!...Take it in stride, don't #### your car up just so you can beat one guy, and I know you want to beat him, it's not worth the neverending headache (of a broken car). Take the time and do it right from the start and beat him prolifically, trust me its more rewarding.

I used 680cc injectors on my t04b bolt on.

My buddy uses 650's on his sbr 57trim.
