alright. to start off with this is my first post. i had searched for my problem and recovered no results. so i will make a thread to see if its normal.
i just picked up a 1990 gsx. i was a nissan fanatic until i had frame problems but now i upgraded and took some parts off my 240sx to put on my gsx. well today i was insalling my boost gauge and in the chiltons manual it shows the throttle body having 4 vaccum lines on the top. well mine has 2. i also noticed a few lines hanging free with sticks shoved in them. one of the lines was from the vsv(fuel pressure solenoid). its a vaccum line nightmare.i was wondering if the 1990 gsx differs from the 1991 or 1992.i am guessing the person before me switched it and had a half a$$ job done on the wiring and vaccum system. bear with me. i only paid $300 bucks for it and the only problem is a blown tranny. so i thought. i hope i dont have to switch it out. someone help.
