I think im misfiring

Ok here is the deal i spool up great to about 5 psi then from 5-7psi it kinda sputters then it will take off like a rocket. Any ont know what it could be .

At what rpm is all of this happening at?

When was the last time you put new spark plugs in? If you are using any other spark plug other than ngk plugs, get rid of them. NGK bpr6es is what you should be using.
