Long story short car sat for 2 years, with a fried engine wiring harness. Its been resurrected and its driving again. I have about 300 miles on it since. I performed a tune-up and shes running pretty good. BUT,,,, I am smoking really bad. Smoke looks mostly whiteish grey. I pulled the plugs they all look pretty black with white tips. Not wet or anything dont smell funny. So I check the oil, (changed about 300 miles ago), looks nice and tan/brown. So whats the deal here? Blown head gasket or bad valve stem seals? I put my hand over the exhaust pipe and my hand dont smell weird at all. I'm kinda lost. Pics up next :)

I put the new downpipe to catback gasket on a couple of weeks ago and it hasn't been smoking since. I'm too going to switch to Mobil 1 but Full Synthetic in about 200 miles when I'm going to do my oil change. And after reading so much bad stuff about the Fram filters, I going to buy Purolator Pureone filters from now on. I would buy the Mobil 1 filters but they go for $12 around here.

I also want to change my fuel filter as well, I know I can find a Fram one easily but I don't trust Fram anymore. Pepboys has Purolator fuel filters so I'm going to buy it from there. I did however buy a Fram PCV valve, and then I saw at Pepboys the Purolator one but I do'nt think the PCV valve would make much of a diff.
