I have been searching for days now and I can't quiet put a finger on the problem.
So here we go. This is my first dsm and I have done everything first the turbo went replaced it then the motor rebuilt it then the turbo again so i replaced it 4 days ago.

This is my problem after my rebuild my turbo went shortly after so i picked up a jb 6262 with dsm housing. Now when i boost it runs hard best ever at 15psi. But as soon as i let off im sending smoke signals to the indians LOL. Smoke smells like oil check intercooler pipe and dry as a bone. No shaft play. But oil coming from dip stick.

My mods are wiesco 9:1, eagle rods, bc springs and retainers, gsc s2 cams, port head, aem tru boost, aem uego wideband , 3" turboback including o2 housing, 46mm wastegate on o2 housing, fic 1050cc injectors, gm maf with translator, custom 3.25" intercooler, walbro 255, fuel lab fpr, bs delete, fp race manifold, pte 6262 journal bearing bolt-on dsm housing, oil feed from ofh -4an , -10an drain, dsm link v3 full, and a bs clutch set up just to get a base map on the ecu.

im thinking its pcv valve because i have a stock pcv valve, everything still burning out from when the last turbo blew, or stuff stuck in the intake manifold from the turbo. It blew pretty was able to dump 1/4 quart of oil out of the intercooler before i cleaned it out. Went easy on the motor for like 500 miles. First oil change done at 50 miles and after that at 175, 300, and 500. Oil pressure was a little high due to me using 20w50 after swaping to 6262. Didnt like it so i switched back to 10w40. Oil pressure was at 12 psi at idle while using mac tools oil pressure tester.

Need help as this is my daily and i am starting to be afraid to drive it due to damaging the fresh motor.

I think your on to the problem. Sounds like pcv to me. Only way to check turbo is maybe do a pull then shut engine off and coast, then pull the o2 out up front and see if its covered in oil. If its not, and the rings are good, pcv is really the only thing left. GL bro, nice setup btw.. How u like the 6262? I was going to buy it but went with the 5858. Didnt think id ever really need the extra power but ive heard good things about the 6262. Maybe when i upgrade ill grab a BB 6262

Well as of right now cant really tell you because of this problem. But all and all it seems ok . I mean I have enough lag to keep me out of trouble. But link says im at able 300 320 hp at 15 psi on my base map so i think its ok. But any possiblity that the problem could be bad fuel as well car sat since feb. with 3/4 of a tank.
