I need MAJOR help =(

listen to this, and see what you guys think it is. I was backing up into a parking spot, and wanted to back in more so i put it into fourth and it shut off on me and wouldn't turn back on. When i finally got it started itd start up, id rev it to 3k rpm and itd automatically die. I let it sit for a couple days, just started it up in the video and it actually held an idle (surprised) but it sounds like garbage. Idk what it is. i was boosting fine the whole weekend, my alternator was dying, but right before it died, i boosted fine, and now this. please help

Maybe a collapsed valve? thatd be my guess Have you checked the timing on it at all?

Sounds like a lawnmower man... Pop off the valve cover and inspect your valve train. Take pics and post those.

Verify the valve timing by making sure that when the cam sprocket marks are aligned, the crank pulley also indicates TDC.

Id def. pop the valve cover first just to see what its looking like under there --- check timing, spark and fuel injection/pressure. Im ~fairly~ local, let me know if you need any help!

I also agree that is sounds like a valve. Take the advice of others and take the valve cover off.

I would also make sure that the timing belt did not jump a tooth.

There's a sputter sound that could be on the intake side. My money is on the the timing jumping and the intake side is retarded...not literally I hope

PS. use your timing cover, unless you took it off just for the inspection.
