My question is my car is so hard to get in gear.... I've read all the threads I put a new slave with the ss line from master to slave the extended slave bar a well. When car is off it goes in to all the gears np. It's deff dragging did the test all adjustments are as far as they can go. This is a 1g by the way. My question to you guys is it common for the pedal it self to ware out ?

Thanks for all the help guys.

youtube Jafro clutch adjustments. I would link the video but i cant on my work computer. Yes it is posible for the clutch pedal to be worn. There are alot of other factors as well. Jacks transmision has a few good videos on youtube aswell hope this helps

Is the extended slave bar your referring to the rod between slave and fork? It may be to long not allowing the clutch to fully disengage.

Is it hard getting into gear from inside the gear box (really stiff to move the shifter) or is it difficult getting the pedal to fully disengage the clutch? I've had difficulty getting the clutch to disengage with certain clutches on the pedal side, the extended rod usually helped a lot. The only other thing I see causing an issue would be the clutch master cyl. Have you adjusted it at all? If you have while you were down there did you see any signs of wear? Did you bleed it out very good after you installed the SS line? There could also be some air in the line that hasn't worked its way out

1g dsms are notorious for having a worn clutch pedal assembly. Easy way to test it, simply press the clutch all the way down-then release-then put your foot underneath the clutch pedal and try to pull up on it. If you feel that it is moving up, even if its just a little bit, that is your problem.
