This is a 1998 Mitsubishi Eclipse GSX with 103,073 miles on it. A real eye catcher. Stock paint Cayenne Red Pearl that is rare and you can not miss it. Just had a full transmission rebuild done by the infamous JNZ Tuning. The rebuild included gears, syncros, ACT 2600 Clutch, and Fidanza Lightweight Flywheel, Clean title.

I've never seen that 98 GSX up here & I use to live in Anchorage for like the past 8 years & I only live like 50 miles outside of Anchorage,AK now. So I think he's full of it imo so I call scam. Ask him if he would like to meet up tomorrow since I'm going to Anchorage then & tell him you would like to meet up at Sam's Club on Diamond because I would like to check it out to see if it's true let me know what his response is to that.

I know, I wanted to call him out right there, but what I would like to do is arrange to send him money and find out through which method, then send it to the authorities so they can set up a bogus payment and have the money service call the police when he tries to pick it up.

Well anyway, I too have a scam problem. This guy keeps over-posting his so-called "1990 GSX".

I have numerously flagged his posts, and they have been removed. However, he posts a couple per day.

If I were to search "GSX", only this ad pops up. It's clearly a scam. Here's the link.

SpawnedX Glad you are trying to do something about this. I had a simular situation. A company replied to a thread of mine wanting to buy a car I had listed. Like three weeks later I get a check for 4k more than what I was asking, but I had forgotten about that guy. I called the person who's name was on the check and what do you know they were missing several checks. The scam here was you had to send the shipping company the 4k for shipping. You send it then the check does not clear and wa-la you are out 4k. I got the info on where he wanted me to send the money. I gave the info to that local PD and they set up a "fake" payment for pick up. You then give the scammer the info, He/She runs to the store with a smile on their face and leaves the store in cuffs. Hope it works out for you. The way mine was done was money gram (Wal-mart). Good Luck.

wow thats awesome . my buddy josh (97 gsx 97) sold me the car about 2 weeks ago. the car is in my posession and oddly enough i am in the military. the car is at my house, not the loading dock where me and josh use to work, and is definately not for sale ha ha. wow this blows my mind and ill galdly post pics of the car in front of my house with my 93 gs parked in front of it or have josh comment on this thread too. amazing the things people do to get money

Being that I'm in the Air Force as well, I just checked the Air Force global e-mail system for his military e-mail address. Not only is there no "SSgt Jessie Abrams" at Elmendorf AFB, AK... there is no Jessie Abrams AT ALL ANYWHERE, SSgt or otherwise! Figures as much...
