Yea I did sell the car to my friend Bill (army94e) about 2 weeks ago now. Worst decision of my life to sell it but I just had to move on. It was used in the same type scam like 1 1/2 years ago and they just took my pictures and information/mods off of my CarDomain. It's funny my car was known all over the DSM Interwebz as the scam car instead of the cleanliness haha.

Definite scam. Got the same EXACT emails from the guy. The CL ad we found was from Chicago. Tried googling the dude's name to see if he was a legit guy or not and it led me to this post. .

If you email him he always has an excuse to where he cannot meet up and will only ship it because he was either busy or other one's where he said he was overseas. I threatened to turn him in and he stopped responding. There really isn't anything you can do because unless you track his IP address down, and even in that case if he was smart he'd use a public access point so it can't be tracked back to him.
