I just installed some new graphics... What'cha think???

So, I decided to see what some custom graphics would look like on my Eclipse. This is what I whipped up, and I think it looks pretty good.

I own Redline Graphics, and produced this out of my shop, and installed it in my driveway one afternoon.

You will notice that I installed some 20% tint from a local tint shop, and the spoiler is currently off. I removed the rear wiper, and glassed in the big hole from that and the antenna. Just waiting for it to come back from the paint shop. I should have them tomorrow, I'm ready for them, I hate the way this car looks without a spoiler.

I can handle the stripes, they're in good taste. Quite clean, actually. But that mitsu symbol though, just couldn't do it.

I understand what you are saying on that. It has grown on me A LOT since I installed it. I didn't want to do it smaller, cause I wanted it to make a Statement. Good thing that I own a graphics business, I can change it whenever I decide I don't like it anymore.

BTW, I can cut, mask, and ship these for anyone that would want anything like this on their car. I can also do something different. But, this is what I do!

i just do not understand why everyone says that "everything is ricey". i have a wideband 02 and a guage pod. is that ricey too?. i mean, what makes something ricey? why does every dsm have to look like it did when it came off the showroom floor? i am not saying that i like or dislike the stripe/logo. but it is his taste. some people may say that a car that is lowered is ricey. i don't. it just the persons preference. if you like it, then leave it

Thanks for all of your opinions. I like it, and have sold 3 sets of this EXACT decal set to other DSM's in the KC area. I'm not saying anything except that I guess they look way better in person than they do in the picture. I'll try to get better pics, but I wanted an opinion on the concept.

Turboantsi..... Wait a minute, this means I didn't actually pick up 10HP from the graphics???? It sure feels faster with them installed... !!!

I like it, but I think it would look better without the mistu symbol and if you extended the stripe towards the front more. +1 for creativity though.

jusmx... Thanks, but these come off quite easily. On another note, the graphics on the sides keep your eyes off of how bad the paint had faded down the sides.

These are just temporary, as this will get a full body wrap once it gets nice again here in Kansas. I have a 60" eco-solvent printer that will print photo quality images on 3M controltac vinyl.... Then I can wrap it up.

2G, I had it balck on the screen, and it didn't look good, I though it added some depth to the design, and the Mitsu logo is red, so I concept, it worked.
