I am now proud of my interior!! (PICS)

I have always been plagued with a horrible interior in my DSMs. The '90 GS had the black and gray interior that was in bad shape. Then, the white TSi had the light gray leather which had huge tears and cracks in them. Now, the current blue TSi had NO interior when I bought it so naturally the old white TSi's interior went into it since no one bought the crappy leathers from me when I parted it out!!

Last night Whoplungpoo and I went to go pick him up a used Stage 4 Shep trans and a set of wheels with BFG Drag Radials on them. The guy was showing us all of the rest of the parts he had for sale and I noticed the 1g Black leathers he had sitting there. This is how the conversation went:

Me "How much for the black leathers??"
Him "$100"
Me "Per seat??"
Him "No, the whole set. Fronts, rears, and door panels."
Me "SOLD!!!"

I do not have any pictures of the old interior since it was so bad I always avoided taking any.

Now, it is missing the speaker grill on the driver's side panel. But, my next junkyard run should take care of that!!

All in all I think it was a GREAT deal!!

And I almost don't even want to drive my car now since it will wear out the seats!!!

Now go to CT or Part source or autozone and get 3M Vinyl spray, and pull your carpet and spray it black.. i use this stuff.. IT WORKS GREAT!

Yep the dash is coming apart just like every other 1g I have seen. Sucks that you have to replace the whole dash just for that little piece by the vent.

Yeah

I was thinking about taking one and trying to re wrap it somehow.
Get rid of the foam and just go with something else that wont crack up and pull out like that.
It would be awesome to do it in black with the black interior to get rid of all the grey.
How much you pay for the interior if you don't mind me asking?

Yea that looks really good. My white 99 GSX came with Black leather interior seats and they were in perfect condition. I got a really good deal on the car, i just do my best to keep it looking good!
