I plan on putting a Hyundai head in my 6bolt, for the C/R boost, but I need some help with the details. I know (or think I know) the valvetrain is a direct swap between it and the 4G63, but what I dont know is if the valves can be oversized the same as in a 4G63. I want to go +1mm on the valves but they are already pretty close to the edge of the CC. Does anyone KNOW FOR SURE about this?

it will depend on the talent of the machinist installing the valves, and the equipment they will use.
also if you will be willing to have new seats installed in the head if needed
even on some "thin milled" 4g heads the intake valve protrudes past the HG surface.

I'm not sure if oversize valves would be worth it. The 1.6 head is built on a 83mm bore, so the valve is shrouded more than a stock head. Oversize valves in a 1.6 head would be shrouded even more. I'm sure you'd gain some extra flow but it won't be much of a gain. I don't see it as a cost effective mod unless you really need every HP you can get.
