Anybody running this combo or something similar for compressor housing size? Figure I will have to beat in the water pipe a bit, but will most other things line up? I have a SFP and it is too far from the block that things are being made too difficult. Thanks in advance guys!!

I'm running the turbonetics t3 manifold on my hx40 with the .82 a/r garrett 4 bolt housing. I used a 3/8 flange in between the mani and cyl head to get it to fit. I hear the 12cm housing will work with a spacer aswell.

What exh housing are you running?

I"m looking for this exact turbo setup to replace my t3/4 57 trim. how much was the exhaust housing?

I picked it up new off ebay for 280 with a vband. More than I wanted to spend but as long as it gets the job done. Bullseye sources them to turbotrader I believe and they sell the turbine housing for 220 + shipping I believe. Call bullseye first, maybe they have an extra laying around?

Yeah, BEP has extras laying around. I sented my HX40 to BEP to do repairs and switch housing. Although, I don't they will sell them to you straight if you don't sent it in, I can you'll have to go the Turbotrader.

I dont know much about the turbo you got so correct me if I'm wrong, but doesn't the 57 trim come with either a 4 or 5 bolt garrett housing in either .63 or .82 a/r. If so you can save yourself some cash and get the housing machined to fit the hx40 or hx35. Machining will run you about $50 and a .82 a/r garrett 4 bolt housings goes for around 150 thats what I paid for mine.

I suggest you get a garrett housing because there are more a/r options to choose from you can go with anything inbetween a .48 a/r to 1.06 a/r depending on your goals. The bullseye housings have also made tons of power, but my bep .55a/r must have been part of a bad batch because mine cracked like crazy around the turbine wheel.
