Its not a divided manifold, a true divided manifold has 14,23 together. mine is a open exit flanged.

Wow, where did u get this 9cm2 housing from? was it a direct fit or you rebored it to fit your holset?

Yes this is a billet wheel, i know because i've seen a Super40 with Billet wheel too and this wheel is exactly the same. it has extra shine, seems to be a different material, has some sort of lines on all the fins.
Let me take a pic without the housing, that might help you getting a better view.
I got this turbo from a local turbo shop, as per him its the latest hx35. it was with 14cm2 housing which we changed to 12cm2 and is internally gated. part no., assy etc is written on my post too. it looks promising almost no shaft play at all and i got it for 270$

As mentioned, in that housing (radius the divider first), you should see 20ish by around 4K per logs of many users; which is about the same as a bolton hx40. The hx35 turbine wheel an 12cm^2 housing has done 132mph with a practically full weight 1g car. And the 7blade compressor flows 60lb/min. You have more turbo than you need for sure

They hy35 has the 9cm^2 housing yes. Non-divided and can not be swapped on to an hx35. As it clamps to the bearing housing via v-band. Also, the hy35 has a smaller turbine wheel than the hx35.

I'm concerned because I have a equal length manifold and hx35 has a divided housing, wouldn't it spool up late?

I would say its a HX40 billet wheel with cover upgrade. But no 100% pure HX35 billet.

I really hope you prove me wrong. I have a lot of cars that could use this.

Guys, keep in mind billet compressors are more of a "bling" factor than anything else. More durable, sure....but not necessarily "better" enough to yield the heavy price tag of the replacement wheel.

If it's billet you want, I'd go for the billet 8-blade HX40 in a DSM bolt-on turbine housing. Guaranteed more airflow than the HX35 compressor with the same spool characteristic has the 7-blade HX35 in a .70 a/r T3 turbine housing.

My holset wheel is exactly similar to what is being posted above.

Its a 100% hx35 wheel, as its a 56mm 7 blade. hx40 6/7 blades came in 60mm
