hx35 400$?

dodge cummins holset hx35 turbo

they turbos about 2 hours away from my house and i wanted to someday run the hx40 but this looks like a 7 blade hx35. i see people meeting goals that are higher then i want with it. so im thinking about this one. any thoughts?

They didn't use HX35's on 2004 trucks. That's either a HE341 or HE351....and will not fit your car.

Don't expect the crap you find in listings on Craigslist to actually be what it says it is.

i know thats why i like to run it past you guys, i was just reading the holset thread guess i skipped past the years that have them. ill look again! thanks.

Honestly you should have just added this to the latest Holset thread- no need to create your own thread to ask about an ad which will not be able to be viewed in a couple days anyway.

Yeah definitely not an Hx35. Also thats a little steep for an Hx35 anyway. You should be able to find one a lot cheaper. For instance I just picked up one with 100 miles for $160. If you look in the right places, the Cummins group will pretty much give these away.

400 for the HX35 is kinda crazy. Im lokking to run the HX40 and i found a completely rebuilt on one usedturbos.net for 550. Check their site out. Theyy have some decent deals i think.
