Hta35r, .82a/r, 44mm tial, atmospheric dump.... And boost creep?

Any suggestions? The tial has a 20 lbs spring in it and it will creep to 23-24 psi.

Currently there is no boost controller on the car. Car is flowing around 60lbs/min at 8500rpm on 91.

Is a mbc known to manage pressure more accurately than the springs in a wastegate? I always thought that it was reverse....

The wastegate has 2 springs inside of it, perhaps I can remove the inner spring and try and hold 20 with the mbc. The other option is keep the springs and just set the mbc to 23 and run 23. It runs fine, however my car is ####ing loud. I was contemplating routing the wastegate dump back into the exhaust and knock the sound down 20 decibals.
