HRC/STAR question

I was wondering if anyone knew if the HRC or STAR stageII kits are street legal in CA? Will they pass emissions? Thanks

they should pass emissions as long as u leave a cat on.

IMO get a test pipe w/ flanges, when you have to get emissions swap out the test pipe w/ the car....make sure the car is pretty warm when u take it to get tested so that cat is warmed up

Sure, you could probably pass emissions, but there is no way in hell you're going to pass the visual.

i doubt they Ca inspectors know what every cars stock engine bay looks like.
