2G How to tell when it's time to replace the fuel pump?

If I needed to either replace or upgrade my fuel pump, what are some symptoms I might experience? (2g Talon Tsi AWD)

if you needed to replace your fuel pump your car wouldnt run, and depends how much power and boost your pushing is what really determines if you need an upgrade cause the stock fuel system can handle 14psi if im not mistaken

Are you running stock parts and stock boost?

if its not feeding enough fuel through its most likely the fuel filter not the pump
